CARBONATE KH A


Carbonates and bicarbonates have two basic functions for marine life. Along with Ca ²­ they form the main component of the skeleton of many corals and calcareous algae; moreover, they are the main and most effective buffer system and reserve of alkalinity in the marine ecosystem. KH A has a much higher proportion of carbonate than bicarbonate, which means it is ideal for achieving a rapid increase in the KH and PH, when their levels are low or there is high consumption in the aquarium.
The presentation in liquid stops undissolved miniscule crystals from settling on the corals, causing them irritations and chemical “burns”. Its extraordinary concentration (10,000º dKH/L) makes it perfect for manual addition or by peristaltic pump. A slight clouding is normal which disappears in a few seconds.
The innovative system of dilution and the purity of the product also impede its precipitate, making it unnecessary to stir the content and provide the same dosage uniformly throughout its consumption.
 Very important: add slowly in areas with currents to facilitate its quick distribution or dissolve with water from the aquarium. 10 ml. of the solution for every 100 l. of water, increasing in 1ºdKH=17.85 ppm CaCO‑ the level of carbonate (a top contains 25 ml.)

CARBONATE KH B

The presentation in liquid stops undissolved miniscule crystals from settling on the corals, causing them irritations and chemical “burns”. Its extraordinary concentration (5,000º dKH/L) makes it perfect for manual addition or by peristaltic pump.
The innovative system of dilution and the purity of the product also impede its precipitate, making it unnecessary to stir the content and provide the same dosage uniformly throughout its consumption.

MAGNESIUM IONIC


Magnesium is one of the main elements of the sea and basic for marine life. The optimum concentration of ionic magnesium for corals is approximately 1300 ppm (mg/l). Its regular control and corresponding replacement is fundamental in marine fishkeeping.
Ionic magnesium is manufactured with magnesium salts of high purity and solubility, favouring a correct calcium/carbonate balance, readjusting positively the pH value.

IONIC STRONTIUM


Strontium is a key element in the development of invertebrates and calcareous algae. A correct level favours growth allowing an appropriate adhesion of calcium in the skeleton of corals and molluscs. In aquariums, where there is usually a significant consumption, lack of strontium causes fragile and weak corals. The content of strontium in the sea is 8 ppm (mg/L.). MAS advises using IONIC STRONTIUM to maintain it at levels between 5 and 15 ppm, avoiding over-dosages.
IONIC STRONTIUM is made up of a formulation that makes it totally bio-assimilatory for all living forms, without affecting the interactions with bacterial flora.

IONIC CALCIUM


Calcium is one of the main elements of the sea and basic for marine life. The optimum concentration of ionic calcium for corals is approximately 400 ppm (mg/l). Its regular control and corresponding replacement is fundamental in marine fishkeeping.
IONIC CALCIUM is manufactured with pure calcium chloride and of high solubility and does not contain organic molecules that may make bacterial flora grow uncontrollably, altering the micro-ecology present in the aquarium. The presentation in liquid stops undissolved miniscule crystals from settling on the corals, causing them irritations and chemical “burns”. Its extraordinary concentration (200,000 ppm) makes it perfect for manual addition (a top contains 25 ml.) or by peristaltic pump.

Potassium is one of the main elements of the sea, and basic for marine life. The optimum concentration of ionic potassium for corals is approximately 400 ppm (mg/l). Its regular control and corresponding replacement is fundamental in marine fishkeeping. IONIC POTASSIUM is made with pure potassium chloride and does not contain organic molecules that may make bacterial flora grow uncontrollably, altering the micro-ecology present in the aquarium. Its extraordinary concentration (150,000 ppm) makes it perfect for manual addition (a top contains 25 ml.) or by peristaltic pump.
